We are pleased to announce that on 25 March 2021, at a closed meeting of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission, a decision was made to license Balkan Gas Hub EAD to carry out the activity “organizing a natural gas exchange market”.

The issued license No. Л-532-11 of 25/03/2021 is for the maximum term of 35 years, and the issuance is based on Article 39, para. 1, item 6 of the Energy Act and Article 9, para. 1, item 11(a) of Ordinance No. 3 of 21/03/2013 for licensing the activities in the Energy sector.
