We are pleased to inform you that Balkan Gas Hub EAD offers the service - "LNG Auction Service", under the following terms and conditions:

1. The client shall submit a written request for organizing an LNG auction, containing the main parameters of the procedure, including quantities, delivery period, LNG terminal / delivery point, price determination method, delivery plan, auction time window, and any other relevant conditions.
2. Balkan Gas Hub EAD shall review the request and coordinate the technical and organizational feasibility of the procedure, including the conditions for its implementation within the specialized electronic environment and the trading environment.
3. Where applicable, potential participants shall submit and confirm in the specialized electronic environment, which is part of the Balkan Gas Hub information system, predefined documents and declarations, including KYC information, if applicable.
4. Following the review of the submitted documents, eligible participants shall be granted access to the Balkan Gas Hub trading environment for participation in the specific LNG auction.
5. Once the feasibility of the procedure has been confirmed, the client shall pay the standard fee for initiating an auction, and a standard transaction fee shall apply in accordance with the terms of the respective tender.
6. The client shall announce the auction conditions, and Balkan Gas Hub EAD shall inform the interested parties by market notice via email and/or by publishing the relevant information on the company's website.
7. The LNG auction shall be conducted in the Trayport trading environment through a dedicated screen for the LNG procedure, within a defined time window and under pre-announced participation rules.
8. Balkan Gas Hub EAD shall provide information on the auction results in accordance with the conditions of the respective procedure and the agreed process.
