Dear partners,

Pursuant to Art. 11 of the Agreement for implementation of the Gas Release Program, for each year after 2020, following consultation with the public provider, Balkan Gas Hub EAD shall fix and publish on its website both, the auction calendar, as well as the maximum and minimum quantities that can be purchased by one participant, no later than one month before holding the first auction.

In this regard, we are pleased to offer to your attention an agreed auction calendar, as follows:

• 30.11.2020 - yearly  product auction in the amount of 2 140 500 MWh, which is 50% of the total quantity offered for 2021 and auction for twelve monthly products in the amount of 178 375 MWh for each month, in order to ensure security of supply in the Republic of Bulgaria;

• 07.12.2020 - yearly  product auction in the amount of the not purchased quantities of the yearly product offered at the previous auction and auction for twelve monthly products in the amount of the not purchased quantities of the monthly products offered in the previous auction in order to ensure the security of supply in the Republic of Bulgaria;

• 14.12.2020 - yearly  product auction in the amount of the not purchased quantities of the yearly product offered at the auction on 07.12.2020 and auction for twelve monthly products in the amount of the not purchased quantities of the monthly products offered at the auction on 07.12. 2020;

• 21.12.2020 - twelve monthly products in the amount of the not purchased quantities offered in the auction on 14.12.2020;

• Every second Monday of the month preceding the month of physical delivery - an auction for the quantities not purchased in the previous auction, offered as monthly products with even supply.

We would also like to inform you that the agreed maximum amount that can be purchased by one participant and his related persons is up to 50% of the total quantity for 2021, and the agreed minimum participation amount is 1 MWh for each day of the delivery period for each respective product (i.e. for an yearly product the minimum is equal to 365 MWh, and for a monthly product the minimum is equal to the number of days of the respective month of delivery).
